Booking Conditions

To confirm and hold a booking we require a valid credit card number and expiry date.

Bookings are only held until 6.00pm on the arrival date if arriving after this time please contact us on the day prior to 6.00pm.

This card will be charged in the event of a no show on the arrival date without prior cancellation notice.

Cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for the time of 1st of December until 31st of March and 24 hours for the rest of the year.

Payments may be made on arrival in cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard.

Additional day charges will apply if using the building after check out.

Check-in times

Office hours are 8.00am – 9.00pm. Check in is required by 9.00pm

Check in may not be possible until 1.00pm

Check out time is 10.00am

Identification is required

Passport or Drivers licence ID is required at check-in, this is for security and safety of all guests and under the privacy act will not be passed on from Sunkist Backpackers to third parties.

Discounts

Member Discounts are only given to Valid YHA/HI and BBH member cards when presented by the name holder on check-in.

Only one discount is given per card holder as per membership guidelines and not given per group or couple.

Discounts are only given when paying by Cash and EFTPOS and when booking direct with Sunkist Backpackers.

Discounts are not given when paying through a third party or agent.
